My belly is getting bigger and bigger. It is becoming more and more of a challenge to sit normally at the table to eat. I notice that I more often bring the plate to my mouth with my left hand because it is becoming more difficult for me to lean towards the plate.

The secret is, always eat for two, if you really like the food then eat for three. If that becomes normal increase the portions to four. But the absolute minimum is eat for 2 people, always, period.
