Masculine + Feminine Energy ✨ Our souls don’t identify with gender, they are only recognized by the type of person we choose to become. Self Identity is something I’ve struggled with for a long time... maybe because when I dress more masculine, ladies question why i’m in the girls bathroom or even because when I dress more feminine, people assume I’m into men since I wore a crop top. But I don’t blame them because society brainwashes us into believing a lot of nonsense. How you dress does not define who you are or who you love, how you act or what you do. Our style is our expression, the accessory to our soul. I don’t need to show my body to get attention and I don’t need to hide it to feel safe. I can do whatever I want because it’s mine. I’m still learning, still healing, still growing, and for that, I love me.

Life is composed of two polarities. We often see them as opposite but in truth they are the same. Yin and yang, light and dark. Our brains organize these two universal energies into the most extreme version of each other, when the reality is, that these infinite energies will always come together in an everlasting dance. We embody these qualities, both masculine and feminine, as a source of our expressive energy. These energies, at their core, are simple. Masculine is of the earth, rooted, grounded and steady. Feminine is of the moon, intuitive, nurturing, and flowing. These energies, like all energy, are genderless and not bound to any confined set of rules. These energies, are readily available for any being to tap into, as we all have them within us in a limitless form. 🌙
