

I have one habit every morning. I write in a «Thanks diary»📔 It’s a tool I use for changing my perspective and improving my life. Whether I am sick or healthy, when I have a good mood or I am tired and sad, I do it all the time. I just write “I am thankful for…” It helps me to appreciate what I have in this time😌 Also I think it’s a great meditation🧘🏽♀️ I don’t think about anything in these moments. I am solely focused on the happy things from my day🪄 I do 50 entries every day📝 When I tried 10-12 before, it was not enough. When I do 50 entries, I can concentrate on my diary and feel the energy✨ What do you think about a Thanks diary? Have you ever tried it?
