

I think that sport is energy. If you feel tired, bored etc., you can do exercises. Sport helps you burn calories. You can build your muscles and strengthen. If you don’t like going to the gym, you can go dancing, play badminton, go cycling. If you want to relax, you can do yoga. It helps you open your soul and have good energy. I adore yoga. I do breath exercises every morning and evening. It’s a yoga pranayama🧘♀️ This is my key for happiness in life.
