

Hardworking makes me stressed. It’s always a problem to keep a work-life balance. When I work hard, I feel a burnout. After that I cannot do anything. I start to use a social media and waste my time on the internet. I hate this feeling when I’m not a productive person. I prefer to get digital detox for feeling relaxed. I stop using my gadgets and spend time outside. The best gift for me is traveling. I like to explore new places and stay in the hotels. If I don’t have possibilities for traveling, I just go to the beach and swim in the ocean. Meetings with people make me feel better, that’s why I like to have a dinner with my friends in restaurants. Sometimes I feel exhausted after hardworking and cannot even hang out with my friends. I just spend time in my bed these days. I can sleep 2 days with the little breaks🤣 How long does it take me to relax? Actually it depends on a situation. 1-3 days are usually enough for me to make me happy and relaxed. What about you?
