If you’ve made it this far in the yoga series well done! We’re at the last step! If you want to try my little flow at home, the posts are on my feed to try.

The last pose is a simple forward fold for the hamstrings. Make sure you’re leaning forward from your chest and not your head, even if you can’t go very far. Reach out and grab your legs/feet wherever they land and breath into the pose, releasing more and more into it. Typically you would flex your foot to enhance your hamstring stretch, but I like to point my toes and get into the muscles that are often overlooked.

Once you’re done, you can lay back into my favourite pose called corpse pose. Just lay on your back, prone, arms and legs stretched and let your mind float away temporarily. Allow your body to intergrate the movements it’s done and allow yourself a precious moment to yourself we often forget.
