The answer is YOGA!
I'm a qualified yoga instructor and while I haven't practiced in a few years, yoga will always have a special place in my heart. To me, it's the most accessible form of physical activity as it's low impact and it gradually builds your strength, flexibility and mind/body connection. I highly recommend everyone tries yoga for a few months to feel the benefits.
But for now I'll just be sharing some of my favourite poses and why! It could be something to try out at home and get a feel for!
