Psychological domination isn’t simply the act of breaking a sub down through verbal humiliation and manipulation, but can also be combined with physical practices. Rice kneeling is one of my favourite hybrids of the psychological and physical forms of domination. Rice kneeling is exactly as it sounds - make a sub kneel on raw rice for X amount of time. Sounds kind of easy, right? Sure, at first it is. Rice isn’t particularly jagged or sharp. But let me tell you that the slight discomfort of kneeling on this tiny little grain very soon becomes jarring and distracting. In fact, it becomes almost impossible to think of anything else. Transferring your weight onto different parts of your knees, or rotating weight between each knee won’t work. The rice beneath your knees forms a nice wide pile, so there is no reprieve no matter how you slightly shift. In being made to accept the slow, drudging pain of rice kneeling you are incapable of being able to think of anything except me and my power. The best part about rice kneeling, for me, is that I can leave a sub in that position and forget about him entirely, which is perfect for things like lunch with my bull when the last thing we want to focus on is directing our attention to a sub to make sure he’s staying in the sub space. Those blessed little granules of carbohydrates are keeping him in that space without me. Another advantage of this practice is that rice is a common foodstuff, a household staple. It is in abundance. Whether I’m travelling, in another person’s home, visiting a hotel, or dominating subs around the world online, I know rice kneeling is almost always a tool readily available to me. So, should you ever approach me for slave training tasks, you should expect that rice kneeling may be on the menu. If you were smart, you would be practicing in the meantime, just for fun.
