My slaves only eat when I eat, and when I'm immersed in My work I simply don't eat that much. I'm also more inclined to slowly eat small snacks throughout the day versus complete meals. I think this was a huge adjustment for a growing slave that is used to eating three large meals per day with snacks in between. The slave told Me that it is used to eating a DOZEN eggs for breakfast each morning. Under My control, it got two boiled eggs with half an avocado. Imagine how it must've felt when I'd take a few bites from My elaborate breakfast just to tell it to discard the rest. I do this because food deprivation is an important submission tool, especially for new slaves. My Main slave fasts every Friday to observe My religion, so it has learned how to manage the discomfort of hunger. Definitely not the case for this trial live-in. That being said, when the slave was fed, it was fed well. I have very strict diet expectations for My slaves. The diet is restrictive, but very nutrient dense and healthy. (I'll speak more about this on a separate post, and share some information about the major weight and health transformation My main slave underwent under My diet and fitness control).
