I made this workout with a focus for swimmers (hence a few references to swimming), and it's also great for anyone looking to get a good sweat on!
3 ROUNDS - 30 secs of work, 15 secs of rest
1) Goblet Squats
2) Split Stance Squat
3) Push Ups (modified)
4) Self-Supported Bent Over Row
5) Core Engaged Leg Raise
