So many of us feel trapped in our heads. Giving myself permission to feel "primal" or "embodied" while exploring my sexual energy can feel unfamiliar or even forbidden. I have really enjoyed this past year leaning into the energetic experience of sexual touch and letting it overpower me. In this video, I invite you to tune within and let go of your constraints. Be free. Be feral. Be silly. There's nothing right or wrong with how you move, what you scream, how you feel. Allow the sensations to move vigorously through you ... in particular, drawing them up to the crown of your head (to where our connection with transcendent spirit lives). Good luck and have fun!
