Or, you thought it would make you feel better about yourself? Or, really, you were just feeling lonely and wanted to feel “seen.” This is something I have been reflecting on quite a bit recently… so, tonight, I thought we could talk about this and do a little meditating around the “how” and they “why” regarding who we have sex with. I have come to realize how often I wanted something other than sex, but couldn’t admit it to myself until after things were already underway.
