

Today I'm having a rest😌 Lately I started to hear more and more bad news and I realized that if I keep absorbing it all but not working through it my condition will be very bad😮 And thank you very much to my friends who are always ready to help me🤗 They took me to a very interesting restaurant I've never been here before The atmosphere here is 10/10 very beautiful😍 very cozy There are different colors and shapes of lights everywhere and it's so relaxing and fascinating for me at the same time because I love neon lights and when they are in different shapes it's my big weakness🥰The food here is simply amazing, so I can add another plus to my favorite places😉 How do you improve your inner state when, for example, you hear bad news?🤔 I will be very interested to know your opinion on this matter🙂
