For those who eat 1-2 times a day, I would not recommend to jump into 6 meals right away. You donโ€™t want to get overwhelmed and quit next day lol.
I would recommend double your meals but make smaller portions, you can make them the same as mine!
2 000 calories is a good amount for a regular person, Iโ€™m not talking about bodybuilders right now.
For those who already lift and regularly go to the gym, you can make them a little bigger or start with my potions and see how you feel.
