More and more often I realize that real happiness is in simple, quiet moments. When you wake up without hurry, when there is morning light in the window and peace in your head. When someone dear writes “good morning” and you smile just from these two words. When you feel your body, hear your thoughts and let yourself be - without tension, without comparison, without fuss. Happiness is not a goal we rush towards, but a path we follow. It's about being able to notice, to live, to feel. Not to chase after other people's ideas, but to learn to be honest with ourselves. And to allow yourself to be alive - with all that you are. These are the moments when I truly realize that I am happy.
