Sorry I’ve been quiet
A few days ago I was carrying packages back to my apartment that were left at my front desk (it was supposed to be 2 but ended up being 5) and I also had my dogs 🤭
When I was heading down the concrete steps towards my apartment I missed the second step and rolled on my ankle and fell quite far down. The pain was so bad I initially assumed I had broken my ankle but once I got up and could put weight on it (uncomfortably but none the less) I thought I’d be ok.
It’s still painful and difficult to do anything - I’ve gone from 12-20k steps a day to 3-4k (it would be zero if I didn’t have dogs) and my ankle is extremely swollen and I have huge painful bruises on my knee and feet.
I’m heading on a big content trip on Friday so I’m going to stay off my feet as much as possible so apologies for it being a little quiet on here - I’ve been feeling sorry for myself hahaha.
